1-Download and Install the UMANG app: First, download the UMANG app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and install it on your smartphone.
2-Register on the UMANG app: Once you have installed the app, open it, and register yourself on the app by providing your mobile number and creating a login ID and password.
3-Link Your Aadhaar to the UMANG app: To withdraw your PF amount using the UMANG app, you need to link your Aadhaar card to the app. To do this, go to the 'Aadhaar' section of the app and link your Aadhaar card.
4-Access the EPFO Services: After linking your Aadhaar card, go to the 'EPFO' section of the app and select the 'Employee Centric Services' option.
5-Choose the 'Claim (Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D)' Option: On the next page, select the 'Claim (Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D)' option.
6-Fill in the Required Details: On the claim page, fill in the required details, such as your personal details, bank details, employment details, etc.
7-Select the 'Proceed for Online Claim' Option: After filling in all the required details, select the 'Proceed for Online Claim' option.
8-Choose the Type of Claim: On the next page, choose the type of claim you want to make, such as a full withdrawal or a partial withdrawal.
9-Verify Your Details: After choosing the type of claim, verify your details and click on the 'Get Aadhaar OTP' option.
10-Enter the OTP: You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP on the app and select the 'Submit' option.
11-Receive a Claim Reference Number: After submitting the OTP, you will receive a claim reference number on the app. Note down the reference number for future reference.
12-Track the Claim Status: You can track the status of your PF withdrawal claim through the app's 'Track Claim' section.
That's it! These are the basic steps to withdraw the full PF amount using the UMANG app.
