To check the claim status in EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organization) using the Umang app, you can follow these steps:
1-Download and install the Umang app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2-Open the Umang app on your mobile device.
3-Create an account or log in to your existing account.
4-Once you're logged in, you'll see a list of available services. Tap on the "EPFO" option.
5-On the EPFO page, you'll find various services related to your EPF account. Look for the "Track Claim" or "Claim Status" option and tap on it.
6-You will be prompted to enter your EPFO UAN (Universal Account Number). Enter your UAN and click on "Get OTP" to receive a one-time password on your registered mobile number.
7-Enter the OTP and click on "Submit" or "Verify."
8-After successful verification, you will be able to view the status of your EPFO claim on the Umang app.
Please note that the claim status feature may not be available for all types of EPF claims, and it depends on the processing status by the EPFO. It's important to have a registered UAN and link it to your mobile number to access the claim status information.
